You spend a credit when you ask for something
The line is simply whether you asked for it. Work Tricorne does on its own to keep your desk in order is included.

Newsletters and bulk mail are sorted by rule, so they use no AI at all. They count against neither your credits nor your included messages.
Connecting a mailbox, syncing your calendar, storing documents and the daily sync are always free.
Need more credits? $10 per 1,000-credit pack, with opt-in auto top-up. Unused credits roll over for one month.

Before you ask
What is a credit, in plain terms?
A credit is one unit of AI work that you asked for. Drafting a reply is 5. Reading a declarations page is 10. A monthly client report is 15. Sorting your inbox and writing your morning briefing are not credits at all. Those are included.
What happens when I run out?
Classification never stops, so your inbox stays sorted. We warn you at 80% of your allowance, and beyond it the on-demand actions draw from credit packs at $10 per 1,000.
What about the mail already sitting in my inbox?
When you connect a mailbox we backfill your recent history so the app is useful on day one. That first crawl does not count against your allowance.
How do I actually sign up?
